March arrives and around mid month, heralds in the joys of Spring with life simply bursting forth through the soil. However, although Temperatures continue to rise, there's still a chance of snow and frost.

During a warm dry day, we can begin mowing your lawn. Weeds will now start to take hold unless they are nipped in the bud and this is our last chance for planting of bare rooted shrubs.  Other jobs to do include applying a good granular fertilizer around the roses and improving the general soil condition by digging in organic matter.
